What Amnesia needs is a graphics card (no Intel) that can support OpenGL 2.1 at least(all the modern ones support OpenGL 4.1), 2GB of memory, Windows XP/Vista/7 and...that's all actually.

okay i would have to say 150 or less

for a whole computer? These are not enough even for a mid-range graphics card only. These are euros/dolars or something else?

Graphics card(~£140~): MSI GTX 460 OC (PCI-Express, GDDR5, 1GB) --> Very nice card. Amnesia at full graphics of course and OpenGL 4.1
Motherboard: Cannot decide since your cpu and memories are really old.

No offense, amnesia is a really great game and all< but why wouldn't frictional games have made it compatable with intel in the first place when its fairly common in new computers?

They worked hard to make it available many cards as possible. It's Intel's fault that they didn't update their drivers. They see OpenGL as a futile work.
