It seems you do not have a driver installed for your graphics card. Visit the website of the manufacturer to download the latest driver available for your graphics card. Probably nvidia.com or amd.com

here is grapichs card is mobile intel® 4 series express chipset family and my laptop is dell

but now is the error access violation i cant fix i payed 20$ for nothing ? Please help!!

you cannot play the game with such graphics card. It can barely run the game but Intel has not released drivers to make you able to.
