try the demo of Penumbra BP or Overture and see if it works. I don't really know but I think it requires OpenGL 2.1 as well.

A "Mobile Intel® 4 Series Express Chipset Family" is below requierments to run the Amnesia, that is why it does not work I am afraid.

The card can barely run the game but Intel has not released yet or never drivers to support games like Amnesia.
