Black screen after start game

Hi from Russia Sorry for my awful English.

I'm installed this game on my laptop (HP Pavilion dv6 6169er, video - Radeon HD 6770M + Mobile Intel HD Graphics, 6144 Mb RAM, intel core i5).
After this i runned one and entered into game. After menu i saw black window but heard a voice of main hero, and saw white dot in center of window.

I'm installed last amd drivers and patch 1.2.0, this is not helped me.

P.S. Penumba (License) is running but Amnesia - not.

Please help me In our country i have not any answers.

You have Intel HD graphics version 2342 but you need version 2361. Well, HP has not updated their graphics card drivers yet but just a few minutes ago I found two drivers that might work for you and other guys with similar configuration.

1) First install this: http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softw...c=en&lc=en

If it does not install, this is ok. This driver should not install.

2) Now make sure you have this installed: http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softw...c=en&lc=en

This driver should install and although it is not version 2361 but version 2372, it should make you able to play the game just fine. At least I hope so...

But my problem is not solved

File, which i downloaded from second url is not for my laptop. I'm got error: "Your system is not supported". But i have Win 7 x64 ((

And file from first url is running, but it not helped me.

Yes, I was afraid that would happen. What you can do is:

1) Call HP on the phone and ask them whether they can update their drivers to version 2361 that supports OpenGL games.
2) Follow this thread: http://www.frictionalgames.com/forum/thread-9909.html . If the guy over there can find a way to manually install the drivers then you could do that as well.

I'm trying this today and write there about results.

EDIT: YES!!! It's Work!!! I'm updated BIOS and switched fixed. And Penumbra and Amnesia is working It is a best games!)) And u - are the best tech.support! Thank u!
