Can't start game

So yes, I start playing and when I press: Start New Game, it loads some time and then when it have been loaded comes black screen and I have to shut down computer. :7 help?
Oh and this computer should run amnesia (I have check'd this).

If you help me I send to you this heart :3 not rly.

1. 32, I have played Amnesia before in this computer, but it dosent work anymore. (I have formated this computer once and download devices again)
