You probably need to use the have disk method to update the drivers for the intel hd graphics.

The current problem is that you have updated the drivers for the ATI card but the game tries to use the IntelHD, don't know of any lenevo specific way of solving it, but most gathered information about the ATI/Intel problem is in this thread http://www.frictionalgames.com/forum/thread-9942.html Might be that in the control panel for graphics you can force decide what graphics card should be used for specific applications.
