Solved: 9 Years, 2 Months ago IDK what to do

ok, so i played amnesia before this happened, so i know there isnt a problem, but whenever i start it up, it has a 'fatal error #0' message.

I dont know what to do, like i said before, i have played this game before, i even got to the morgue, but now its just not working :/ please help.
