Graphic Card Does Not Support Vertex Shaders

This Solved my issue with the Driver. I saw that my other games (minecraft) was not reading OpenGL, so i installed the new beta fix for ATI Catalyst Control Center, and it corrected my drivers and all the games work. thanks for the other tip tho i will keep it in mind if i have other issues with it.
