Level_Editor Black Screen Error

Allright.. Now I've got what you sent me and my next challenge awaits..
After pressing "Have Disk" to select the new Graphic Card... well what do I do from there on :3 From the example set on the link you first gave me you selected something in the folder named "Graphics."
The only thing in my Graphics folder is 2 other folders, Lang and MediaSDK, and igdlh.info
What should I do? o.O
