Solved: 8 Years, 6 Months, 3 Weeks ago Computer in messhall error

So I played about 30 minutes of the game (penumbra Black plague) and Im up to the messhall and im at the computer, when i try to unlock the door by pressing unlock button the games crashes and goes to a black screen.

Plz Help

P.S. im not a tech expert
