Solved: 9 Years, 3 Months, 3 Weeks ago 20 FPS while recording

Hi guys. I've got a problem with recording Amnesia. I have tried every program to record but my problem still existed. That when i'm recording a video in game i have 20 fps maximum including the moment when i set graphics on totally low. But when i play without recording i have 60+ fps. I tried to record by fraps, dxtory, action!, bandicam and still this fps are low as hell. I have been searching for answers on the forum but i couldn't find them.
My PC:
AMD Phenom x4 955 3,2ghz
Asus GTX460 DCU
Kingston HyperX 1600mhz 8GB
Asrock 870 Extreme R2.0
