"Problem G" Screen is cropped

I've recently decided to play the Penumbra series before they are so dated that I will not play them, I have heard good things. However, I've had the screen cropping thing where I can't see the edges of my screen (a.k.a "Problem G").

The troubleshooting reader only had one solution for this, which is to change your Windows font size (DPI) to 100%. I did this and I am still having the same problem. I also noticed that if I take screen shots, they come out just fine, so I can't really show you what my screen actually looks like as an example. Very frustrating.

Has this happened to anyone else or does someone know how to fix this?
