Wtf is wrong with this texture?

Yeah I don't quite get either why there would be a water surface behind the glass... I mean, it's a window underwater, not the stargate! I think I'd just put some thick, greenish fog and slow moving particle effects there, kinda like dust floating in murky water... maybe some animated seaweed if that's possible.

You could also add some particle effects to the glass, to make it look like it's leaking. Have water drop down somewhere or splash into the room all bioshock-style...
