Computer shuts down after some minutes

It's at stock (no overclock) so it doesn't matter what voltage is applied at any given time. But I do agree that it doesn't matter if it runs Amnesia "fine" (fine being around 95°C I guess since 100°C must be the TJMax). This problem might appear everywhere unless solved. If you say the fan is working then the cooler (heatsink) is not sited properly or your case is completely closed with no fans.
