Ok, after turning the vSync to Off in the nVidia control panel, I don't appear to get the issue anymore. It stays at 60FPS regardless, judging by the brief test, anyway. But of course the screen-tearing comes back.

Currently, this means playing with either screen-tearing (but 60FPS), or 30FPS (but no screen-tearing). And it seems to depend on whether the vSync is on or off.

This is all with "LimitFPS" set to true, by the way. I'm wondering if you can get the best of both worlds by turning the vSync on to remove screen-tearing, but uncapping the frame rate for 60FPS all the time (EDIT: You can't).

In any case, I do hope it's at least looked into.
