You haven't provided us with the HPL.log to verify that you indeed have an Intel HD graphics card but due to the problem's nature you most probably have one. Anyway, set the graphics to medium or low before that area and it should work according to other user's experiences.

However, keep in mind that Intel cards are not supported and can often be the source of problems while playing.
