WAIT... could this glitch happend if i saved when the monster is spawned?!
Cause when i was in Prison i saved and left to shop.. when i returned i started the game and i forgot that he is spawned (at that point i nearly pissed my self Big Grin

) and i progresed through the game... until morgue.
Could that be the cause of the glitch?
PS i did ewerything to make that vakcine.
