131111 patch won't work but 1.2 will...

The first one was a retail, but I'm sick of reinstalling it, so I just repurchased it now through Steam.

It automatically updated to the 1.20 Justine Patch, as per normal. Ran it, went through the premenu (I cut my old profile and put it somewhere else to see if making a new profile would work).

I downloaded the 131111 patch from the appropriate page, copied and pasted the stuff over, overwriting everything necessary.

No change.

Actually, now at the bottom of the Level Editor log (which now is not working >.>) , it says it cannot load AreaTypes.cfg. Fixed that Level Editor issue. Still haven't fixed the actual Amnesia131111.exe tho
