Sudden Framerate drops on overpowered PC

Alright, the DevIL library does not seem to make a difference at the log file so do a file integrity check to revert any modified files to default. The stuttering could occur though due to the external drive. Maybe it's older and thus slow (USB 2.0 for example).

Regarding the other strange errors, Jens seems to be interested in them so we'll see what he thinks tomorrow.
