Solved: 8 Years, 9 Months ago Activated on Steam. Is this agreement thing a mistake?

"The Software may be loaded onto no more than one computer at a time."

What the hell? Isn't the point of Steam to be able to download and play on as many computers as you like, as long as it's not being played at the same time?
