Not Solved AccessDeniedAccessDenied Message When Trying to Download Things From this Forum

When I've tried downloading files on this forum, I get a new tab on my internet browser and get a message like this:

Deniedkjxdkgjkdjglkjksdjglsjdgkjslkdgjlkdsjgljsldg

At the moment, I'm not allowed to download any file from this forum as of late.
