Dear Frictional Games:

I love Amnesia, but the game won't let me finish.

When I move through the door from the Nave to the Chancel, the screen flickers, and goes completely white.

When I click on the mouse, I get a message saying "Amensia.exe" is not responding.

I have reinstalled the game, and get the same problem. I also downloaded and installed the patch, but, again, the same problem. The game repeatedly crashes on me when I try to enter the Chancel.

Hope you can help!
