Game crashes, reasons same, but never works

Make sure the installation is complete and that you have permissions to run the game in its current installation directory. Try running the game and launcher as administrator perhaps. Sounds like it is some type of permission problem or missing/corrupt file.

I am having the exact same problem. I tried running it as administrator and checked file integrity and it still won't start up.
