Downloaded game-serial number not valid

umm im kinda having the same problem .. i bought the game today from the FG store and i already installed it but when i try to openthe game it asks for a serial number. the serial number appears in my email(i think that is the code) and when i put it it doesnt do anything, just another window appears asking me for the serial number again. help me please ? ok. i tried again with requiem and black plague .. it worked with those two ; but overture doesnt seem to open. when i put the serial it happens what i stated above Angry
