black plague, extreme particles lag *please help*

You still have not told me what graphics card this laptop has. This is important. I can see what gpu you have from the file HPL.log that I asked for you to attach. Most probably this is a graphic card driver issue.

BTW, I don't think that there is much to fix
my pc is just crappy

if you tell me what I ask, I may be able to help. Otherwise, I cannot do anything else...
