Video card not being utilized?

it has to do with your computer somehow. Maybe you have overclocked the card and it lags always because of that? I don't know. It's not the game though, that's for sure.

I doubt it's because of the overclock. I overclocked it safely using MSI afterburner, and it performs well at great temperatures on every other game. I've recently been playing Dead Island completely maxed out at 60+ fps no problem.

Maybe I'll just stick to Penumbra for now Thank you all for your help, +rep for everyone who posted here.
