Solved: 8 Years, 2 Months ago Requiem forgetting preferences... (permissions error?...)

Requiem is not remembering my preferences :/. At first I thought I would just run it as a admin because I figured Windows was not letting the game change the config. file but with admin. privileges it could Big Grin. I cannot do that though... so I went to steam -> steam apps and I cannot find the game file =.= to chance the run as admin option... help.

I guess it is just a permissions error :/ thanks in advance.
