System manufacturer is Lenovo
System Model is 0679
Proccessor is Intel Pentium CPU
This is all I know so far but it still will not let me update any drivers though. What woul you guys like me to do?

You haven't chosen correctly your operating system or your operating system architecture (32-bit or 64-bit). You can see these by typing dxdiag at run or search at the start menu.
