Did the russian translation come with the game or did you install it afterwards?

It's a rare case of multi-language release including Russian, the Russian language option comes with the game, all is translated - voice, notes etc. etc. Is Penumbra Ep1 that is selling in Sweden different (i.e. no Russian as language option)? I thought it's the same everywhere...
