Unfortunately gameplay footage so far has pointed to your player once again being another non-entity. Considering that we've already had Outlast as a recent example of how helpful having a visible body can be for immersion, I'm a little disappointed that Frictional hasn't changed their formula of having you play as a disembodied male-voiced camera.

Doom 3 in 2003 allowed you to see your player in the mirror. FEAR in 2005 allowed you to see your legs and shadow.

This isn't at all going to affect my interest in the game. I just wish SOMA diverged more from its Penumbra roots with regards to player interaction with the world.
