You could probably accomplish all of this in Photoshop easily, or to some lesser extent Paint.Net. I would go with the former however for its stamp tool to remove the hairs.

I tried to do it myself but I ended up using the paint bucket tool because I don't know what I'm doing (to make it look good I would have to know what colors to use, where the shadows belong, and all this other **** that I wouldn't be able to do), plus I have zero artistic skills and I'm trouble with shadows, like I mentioned I want it to look good, and not like if you gave a 3 year old some paint, like what happens when I try to do something that I have no experience in.
