Akasu's models

I've been practicing with Blender for a few days and managed to create a couple of decent models so I thought I'd post them here.

More can be found here since the forum doesn't allow more than 4 pics/post.

So yeah, they're pretty shitty but I hope I get better - in texturing especially.

I'll keep adding these as I make them. I started making a school-set so there will be models like chalk-boards, desks and something.

RE: Akasu's models

They're not that bad! It's hard to make good textures from scratch. One suggestion i'd make is researching bump and specular maps. Specular maps are easy, and they make a metal have a more realistic shine, and bump maps separate decent models from excellent models (but are not as easy to make)

Also, I noticed "Teamnesia_1.map" at the bottom Tongue I look forward to seing how it goes!

RE: Akasu's models

I can upload them tomorrow since you want to use them. The safe needs a little tweaking (and maybe a retexture) but the gauge is good to go (no animation though).

yes ok, fix it as much as you want. I won't be using it at the moment either way. I'll just download it to use it later on.
