extra_english.lang problem

Ok, so whenever i open my custom map, i notice there is no description or key names or text in my notes. Please look at my extra_english.lang file below and tell me whats wrong with it. BTW i put it in a text file just so you can read it. It actually is titled extra_english.lang in my custom map folder.

download another story and compare yours to the working one

I solved it. I just had some things in the wrong places.
