Try increasing the box light to
R: 0.15
G: 0.15
B: 0.15
Then mess around with the values until you get the colour/brightness you want

My personal preference is to make it slightly bluer since real life shadows are actual a very dark shade of blue than pure black.

Whilst I usually do this aswell, the blue thing only applies to outside areas.

I prefer that as well. JAP seems to use only white lights, so I'm just giving a base-line for the colours.
(@JAP: blue would be R 0.1, G 0.1, B 0.15, possibly more green and less red depending on your saturation/hue preferences)

I knew it that 0.1, 0.1, 0.1 is better than 0.03, 0.03, 0.03! Thanks!

Do you know the colour of the sun at sunset? Because I really do need it.

Edit:
R: 0.196 -> 0.392 -> 0.920 -> 1.000 -> 1.000
G: 0.049 -> 0.133 -> 0.472 -> 0.558 -> 0.660
B: 0.000 -> 0.051 -> 0.121 -> 0.138 -> 0.293
Very saturated sunset/rise, used 0.053, 0.058, 0.072 as a boxlight because it looked cool
How that works: the numbers go in columns with red on the top, green on the middle, blue on the bottom.
Last value on the right is reserved for spotlights shining through sun-facing windows only. You don't necessarily need all of the colours
