Only problem is that chairs go crazy if they touch the walls by a door. They're probably doing that because they're coming in contact with the edge of the planes.

Oh! I thought you were talking about the floors or the ceiling... makes more sense now. Euhm, try changing the tile offset on one of the ones that has seams until it lines up with the wall beside it.

Yup. That's also what I do. I just end with an off-set at 9.725... Which sucks.

Oh, there's a candle on the wall, just out of sight Should've thought of that..
Edit: this should make more sense:
I also added a second blue-ish boxlight.

Imo you should get rid of the candle stick in the top right, it would be better contrast to the window.
