Things I'm thinking about:
- The floor is a little boring
- Toilets
- Benches might be too high
- Fill lockers with crap
- Showerheads might need a socket to stick into
- Possibly enlarge broken lamp particle

I like it, but it needs a liiiiittle bit of detail work - like decals on the floor where dust would naturally gather. What kind of room is this? It reminds me a little bit of how the tourist areas of museums are set up with the ropes and everything. If it is a tourist site, you could probably scatter some papers on the ground like pamphlets.
Other than that, the lighting could use a bit of work, it seems fairly evenly lit, but I don't see many large/significant light sources giving off enough light to make the room that bright. The windows look like they have a hint of green lighting around them, which is really nice, but you need to get rid of those large, white pointlights.
On another note: the eagles on top of those large pedestals is a nice touch
Spot on about the tourist attraction thing, its a museum. also there aren't any point lights which parts do you see that are overly lit?
It's modern day museum by the way.
Spoiler below!

your right the floor looks a little one colored, i like the uneven feel to the lighting, however i do have one question.
Who put a candle in a sink and lit it? (better question why xD) <-- not to be taken to seriously
Spoiler below!

You are kind of mixing two themes here. It makes it look a little misplaced, but we'll go with it.
I'd change the floor. Those metal-thingies combined with a stone-floor does not seem to work together. I'd use tiles instead.

WOO! It's a good thing when your map is able to convey narrative (like setting, events etc) without any words :D
As for overlit... Let me rephrase that a little differently:
Correct me if I'm wrong, but it seems like the windows are your main source of light. There are other sources - like the lamps on the far wall - but the windows are the largest and brightest. If this is the case, your lighting should be a little bit more blue-green. Think of it like lighting up a room with a large, green lamp, but having a few flashlights placed around the room. The flashlights will increase the overall brightness and decrease the intensity of the green light a little bit, but they won't get rid of the green colour and they certainly don't provide more light than the lamp.
In other words, boxlight (or whatever you're using to light up the whole area) could use a bit of a blue-greenish tint, and it could be a smidge darker - like, if you were to change the colour to green without affecting the brightness, just 5~10% darker (that would be from 1.0, 1.0, 1.0 to 0.95, 0.95, 0.95 or 0.9, 0.9, 0.9).

Ahhh okay i see what you mean. the main source of light are those lamps and the room is a big circle so they are placed ALL around.
I see your reasoning with its to bright for the little light source's that there are, looks like a chandelier is in order
The windows were not mreant to provide all the light however, given that there is a blizzard going on outside and not much light would have gotten in through them, i liked the green though so i kept it
The rooms main light source was to be wall lamps and such.
And thanks a-million for the WOO! ill take anything i can get

Decals, got dammit! decals, decals, decals... What is the mainsource in a bathroom? Water! You wash your hands, and you flush out the toilet. There's probably a leakage somewhere. Show that on the walls.
It looks public. Trash on the floor! There are some good trash decals in white night.

leakage on the left bottom take a look
Yea, and that's good! But the walls look so clean! As if the janitor had just been there. And if he had, why would there be a leakage?
