Just one boxlight per map will be sufficient, make it something other than pure white (I'd recommend something around... R:0.118, G:0.146, B:0.156 for dark and stormy; play around with the colours and find something you like though). Lemme know if you need an explanation on how to change light colour. Also, what's with that pattern on the lower portion of the picture? Is there water?
Thanks for the advice! Yes, there's water, the room is flooded.

Can I ask you something, guys? How do you do billboards in a window? I have a system which consists in making real faint billboards (like 0.05, 0.05, 0.07, 0.2) and then duplicating them with regular spaces, and the result is quite neat. However, I'm interested on how you do it (do you spend much time in your billboards? Do you use them a lot?)

make a billboard with color something like 0.1, 0.1, 0.1, 1 and then connect it into a point light / spot light whatever. Then duplicating the billboard around placing them and using the connected light to tweak the color of the billboards. Helps a ton, use that connecting thing!

Actually, I already have both of those... But since you did not notice it, I assume make it brighter with more particles around the window?

yeah this

connecting the ones closer to the center and the ones on the edges to different pointlights helps a lot too cause then you can make it looks like it fades out and becomes more dim around the edges like it would in real life

Go to the tab labelled "billboard"Near the bottom, it says "Connected light name"Hit the"Connect" buttonClick on the pointlight/spotlight/boxlight you want to connect to
