Whats the Problem?

Hey,

So, my friend and I were playing Amnesia (over skype) and he always haves problems. First was that he was standing upside down. Fixed that with turning one effect off (i dont remember how its called) but sometimes it happens again. But he has graphic fails too. He can see everything. No doors, no walls...

But what is his problem? He has got a laptop with a ATI graphics card.

1. What operating system do you have? Also 32-bit or 64-bit?
2. Is it a laptop or a desktop? If a laptop, what model?
3. Attach me here the file HPL.log found under Documents\Amnesia\Main folder.

1. Vista/32-bit
2. I don't know. He says Asus Notebook serise (he says "serise" is right)
3. I can't take it from his Notebook :/

I need more info so that I can help. More specifically, what exact graphics card does he have? Can't he send the HPL.log with Skype to you and then attach it here?
