If they will, it will probably be released after the game. Why would it be? Wasn't the Amnesia TDD Demo released about a week before the actual game?

/upset about the delay, but I know it's going to be worth the wait. Glad to see someone still remembers that An Anteater? Link to interview with anteater please. (I'm curious.) I was referring to the cow grass eating simulator, that was a joke one of the devs made from a thread months ago (like, almost a year ago).

In an interview Thomas Grip said there was an anteater in AMFP From the thread about the Blog post about Undergrowth rendering in HPL3:

RE: Amnesia: A Machine For Pigs Discussion
A little question...
Is that Amnesia: A machine for pig will have a new 3D engine as that of the dark descent ? I saw the trailer and it looks very much like a total conversion but with the same engine...

RE: Amnesia: A Machine For Pigs Discussion
I think FG have made a good decision moving the game till 2013. Look at all the games coming out between September and December: Far Cry 3, Borderlands 2, Resident Evil 6, Assassins Creed 3, Halo 4 and Black Ops 2.
I know some people on here might not be getting these games, I am, but these will be high selling games.
Just my opinion anyway, I know it's not all about sales, but I just think more people will be focused on these games at the time due to multiplayer, long stories e.t.c. Then when AAMFP comes out, it will be a fresh game for people to play because there are no other scary horrors around anymore IMO

Q1 2013 games: Aliens: Colonial Marines Metro: Last Light, Dead Space 3, Bioshock Infinite. Most of them are horror games.

Let's face it, Bioshock ain't scary, Dead Space will lose the horror with coop, aliens looks poor. Out of all them, Metro looks the scariest, as was the first.

Lost Planet 3 too.

It does not matter if these games are in horror genre or not, it is a simple marketing strategy - lots of AAA-titles coming out in early 2013 and thus new Amnesia game could be a bit overshadowed by these (even despite its wide popularity). Not like I know anything about good marketing ans such, ofc.

RE: Amnesia: A Machine For Pigs Discussion
Yeah exactly and people are playing the game and maybe seeing the new trailer for the first time and buying the first game to get the experience. Amnesia is a really scary horror compared to others. It's the first horror I've played where I could only play like 20 mins at a time before having a break. Fingers crossed they stick with the same plan with the new title.
