RE: Amnesia: A Machine For Pigs Discussion
We should just have spaceships in AAMFP.
Here's a great one:
EDIT: ALSO FG SHOULD SCRAP OSWALD MANDUS, NEW MAIN CHARACTER'S NAME IS JENNIFER LAWRENCE
"Marzipan, darling."

I'm Really Fucking Sorry for sounding like a hairy-arsed docker after twelve pints, it takes place in 1899, The only guns around that time were Flintlocks, Percussion firearms and Single Shot rifles. now back on topic please.
PS I Highly fucking doubt that they will add weapons and spaceships. read the description on the site. 1899, London. Now stop talking Completely different off topic non-amnesia related stuff.
PSS I'm Really fucking sorry for my language.
PSSS Amnesia would not be amnesia if weapons were added.

STAHP WIT DIZ NONSENSE!
OKAY?!
On-topic:
I would like some moral choices in AAMFP. Maybe you'll find a prisoner alive, maybe choosing whether to save him or yourself. Just like in Justine**.

Wow, is this official? Very intriguing.
I do wonder at which part(s) of the game will take us outside the factory. I am starting to doubt it will be in the start of the game due to the following quote:
Quote:As he struggles to his feet, somewhere beneath him, an engine splutters, coughs, roars into life...
Which sounds like Oswald lives or sleeps in the factory. Then again, I do not think it takes long before he goes outside. I believe that the outside part(s) happen before the game comes to life, as in before anything much starts to happen, just like The Dark Descent and the section where you find the Wine Cellar key.
Why would wealthy industrial tycoon live in swine-stinking factory? I think he lives in mansion, safe distance from his factory.
I'm sure that we'll get fresh air more often than just at the beginning of the game... Some interview told that player will use streets to move between different locations. So I highly doubt that he'll just wake up and spend rest of the game inside his factory.

This makes the most sense, and gives more meaning to the creepy dead animal picture with a gun in it, but how do you explain that a machine roars to life below him shortly after he wakes up? If the factory is big enough below ground to disrupt his sleep, pig stench should not have been the only focus on the poster.

The start sounds very nice, having to move closer to a horrible factory like this. I am quite sure my heart is going on vacation as I look for the entrance! XD

RE: Amnesia: A Machine For Pigs Discussion
Actually website doesn't say that machine roars woke him up. He just wakes up and somewhere beneath him, an engine splutters, coughs, roars into life...
But why machine starts exactly at that moment, I don't know. Or maybe it's something symbolical and doesn't need to be taken too seriously.
