I don't think you can do that now. It seems to have been a limited-time thing.

Quote: Where do you submit your email?
There was a type-in box available for a few minutes after the whole text was revealed... it seems to be gone now, though.

Email window is gone a few minutes after the letter was completed.

You can still get the email box if you use a proxy server, because of the way it mangles the page's code:

I spotted this early in the ARG but didn't think anything of it, I thought it was a newsletter subscriber or something.

RE: Amnesia: A Machine For Pigs Discussion
I already enterd my email a few times so I think it'll be fine.
Seems like the entire website now changed since it starts with showing the letter to all.
Maybe they were pushing the release because nobody cracked it yet!
How exciting

RE: Amnesia: A Machine For Pigs Discussion
Probably just wishful thinking, but did anybody else notice the missing word in the third sentence? On the main page, it reads, "Last night I sat the head of the table and watched the orphans happily eating, for once, they will not go to sleep hungry." Shouldn't there be an "at," so it reads, "at the head..."
Or maybe it's a British thing.

RE: Amnesia: A Machine For Pigs Discussion
OK, to elaborate:
At first I also got the completed letter (typewriter font) including the "4 4", then there was a text input box labled "E-Mail" and the '0' some of you also saw. I promptly entered my mail adress. Then I did what I was doing durin the whole last hour: refreshing the page.
Then again a text input field popped up, but this time with a longer text which I can't exactly remember right now. It was like a message from Mandus, along the lines of "Well done child, the letter got revealed [...]. Enter your e-mail adress below to recieve a copy of aamfp on release." So I entered my adress a second time, thinking it was the same message before and I just hat overlooked it (just to be sure). Then the letter switchted to a whole image file in the current other font.
And no, I did not get a mail form Mandus/FG yet.
