He kill orphans and make them into food. He sees children as pigs.

Making pig-children?
Eating children?
Time will tell ...
Ehh, that seems way too dark. "R" for restricted? Such themes with children usually being played very subtle (like in TDD), because this is a slippy ground and very controversial topic (more than anything else).
Well.. the game is meant to scare people and there are a lot of people who would get scared and traumatised by cruel stuff with children.
Life is a joke made by someone with a bad sense of humor.

Guess so however I don't concur I find it strange that in most games that include kids you can't do anything to them.
Why add them if they are potentially unrealistic.
On the other hand I don't want to be creeped out by dead children being chopped to pieces but you get my drift I think.

RE: Hopes for A machine for pigs

Like containment breaches blinking or amnesias breathing it would be extremely cool for them to add in a heart beat. When your characters fear hits a certain level or when it gets extremely quiet you hear your own heartbeat and its fluctuation. Id love to be scared shitless running from something and my hearing to fade out and all i hear is my heart rate skyrocketing. I think one of the most soothing sounds is that of the heart beating but at the same time used in a different situation, could be terrifying.
Another thing i noticed from the trailers is that theyve got different breathing patterns. If all else fails make it so that your breathing becomes the only thing you can hear it makes things seem really intense and just adds to the horror. I know what theyve done with the game is probably set in stone but coming from someone who used to draw up ideas as a kid of what would make games better and mail them in im hoping this would be the next best thing
I'm pretty sure some games have had a heartbeat sound to add intensity before. 80% sure the FEAR games did it...

I don't think you can do that now. It seems to have been a limited-time thing. Aww
It would be helpful if the first post in this thread could be updated with a list of what we know about AMFP.
I'm really behind.

When you were going insane in TDD, you could hear your own heart beat.

So all of this happened today? In the past 12 hours?
THIS! Is why I don't like sleeping.
I've come to learn to not fear the living, nor the dead... But the monsters that hide in closets.

Say we're reading Lord Of The Flies in my English class, We've only done two chapters so far and I keep getting the feeling that the book has abit to do with AMFP...
Anyone else ever read this?

Long time ago yes, not really seeing the link there. It just seemed like social document and social contract theory study in novella form with children to emphasise the point.
