I spent like 3 hours today making stencils out of every combination of the boxes on the site and moving them around on the text trying to make them line up and nothing

Uhh yeah they pretty much directly said "hey we're giving out free copies solve this puzzle". Traggey even was able to bypass it and go directly to the email submit page, there is some sort of puzzle there
