Unknown Crashing 'SoundEntity' error?

I looked everywhere for this, and I'm very sorry if this was already covered! My desktop card is enough to run the game but it crashes randomly. I run Windows Vista, 32bit, and my card is NVIDIA GeForce 6150SE nForce 430, and it says it is up to date when I run the updater.

Ah, thank you for the link! I am updating the driver and I will see how it works when I do. I was concerned that it was a cache error or something since it was a soundentity though, but it did seem to happen when little events came up. So I will update when I know!
