Amnesia download

Hello, I've just bought Amnesia The Dark Descent from the Frictional Games Store, but I've had some problems to download the game. When I first clicked on the download link, it displayed a message "Access denied", so I tried it several times. After a few minutes, the download began, but it stop at ~60% with an error.
Now, when I want to retry it, I get the message : "Too many logins for this order, please contact support." But I haven't found how to contact the support... How can I try to download it again ? I use Ubuntu 11.04.
PS : I'm French, so excuse me if my English is not good.

I ordered Amnesia for my Mac and had similar difficulties. I managed to get it to download, today, but now I can't open the file, because it says that "The following disk images couldn't be opened; Not Recognized."

Could be that the edge location for the download had been purged, so that the download had to be re-transferred there, which can cause some problems. If you wait a bit and try again then it should work fine.

I 've just tried again today, and everything has worked perfectly.
