Will not run on 8600M GT?

I have the very latest Nvidia Drivers (169.28) and the game is not running. I immediately get a crash while clicking on the exe off the desktop. Also updated my sound card driver and still get the Crash Report. Tried downgrading drives--still got the crash.

No openGL problems. I can play Doom3 & Quake4 fluidly at High Rez/High Set.

Specs:

2.2 C2D SR
128 8600M GT
2GIG Ram

Any help would be great.
