The point isn't that if Irrational is harmed or not (which BTW, whether or not Irrational is hurt should be determinded by them, right?), the point is that the content from BioShock belongs to them and they have the right to decide what should happen with said content.

It occurs to me what happened to the last IP they created, and how epically they botched that, so I actually wouldn't trust them with it. (They basically butchered up Shodan and sold her to some shady stranger on a street-corner.)

This is now going way off the track, Skashi does NOT own the rights to use them and that makes it piracy by both him and anyone who downloads this, that is all. Whoever is currently holding the actual rights is not important.

Pretty cool! Though, the animations can be worked on a bit more, to be honest, they are kinda ugly. Everything else, VERY NICE!
