I have just recently installed Amnesia from the Mac app store and downloaded the HPL2 Mac OSX version. There was no problem installing and it was visible in the Amnesia launcher but I cannot open any of the tools and it just comes up with; Warning Could not start HPL Tool Level Editor.
The current hpl2 editor suite isn't compatible with the macappstore release. An updated version is being worked on to support the Mac app store release of amnesia.

I realize this was sometime ago. Has this version been forsaken? Or am I just an idiot who can't navigate the web and it's out there...somewhere...
no. i've been overwhelmed with excessive game ports for Humble bundle (and Amnesia: AMFP) over the past year (or um 2 years I guess). HOWEVER there is some light that I can see as I will be working on some updates this week and should be able to get this one fixed up.
