Solved: 8 Years, 9 Months, 4 Weeks ago [SOLVED] Choppy Framerate Help needed

Hey, i bought amnesia the dark descent a couple of months ago and it worked just fine no lag or anything wierd.
But the last week i've been getting choppy framerate. Idk what's causes the problem because i've cleaned the computer with CCleaner, skanned with 2 different anti-virus programs, i've uninstalled the anti-virus program, i've speeded up my pc with different crap and i have reinstalled amnesia 2 times still no success : /


Please help me with this i enjoy playing amnesia so fking much btw here are my specs:
Dual-core cpu 2.93 GHz

4 GB RAM
Windows 7 64-bit

hpl.log is needed which can be found under Documents\Amnesia\Main folder

Did you update the game and then loaded an earlier save game? Save games made with older versions of the game (1.0 or 1.0.1) are not compatible with the newest patch's (1.2) save games.
