I swear, sometimes I wonder to myself even though the thread creator is at fault, is there NO other way to get the message across without making fun of him using sarcasm? Sure, it's funny, but constructively speaking, it gets nobody anywhere, and it scares/pisses people off so that instead of ever having a chance to fix the mistakes (AKA the premise of this thread) they have made, they just plain pack up, and leave.

Of course if they continue despite suggestions, that's a different story.

If its any consolation, its difficult to get the effect of sarcasm across without being able to audibly hear it. So for all OP knows, we're being serious. Also, it did get us somewhere because someone actually made him a map (granted it was probably made in roughly 10 minutes).

Sarcasm shouldn't be more detectable in speech than in writing, because then you're doing it wrong. I guess sarcasm can often be used in a highly inflected way making the true meaning obvious to the other person, but I find it much funnier when the other person doesn't realize they're being ridiculed. It's a subtle art, not a "mode of dialogue" like it is too often thought of nowadays.

I think he's just some random guy who thinks we will make story for him like slaves.If he's played every custom story then you just have to wait for us to release more.Good custom stories take time.You could also try making your own custom story.Its really fun when you learn the level editor and scripting.

I think he's just some random 10 year old kid who thinks we will make story for him like slaves.If he's played every custom story then you just have to wait for us to release more.Good custom stories take time.You could also try making your own custom story.Its really fun when you learn the level editor and scripting.
